Review: Nemesis Games

Nemesis Games Nemesis Games by James S.A. Corey
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I like that we get a bit more back-story on the Rocinante's crew, and the story arc of this particular book is compelling.

Moreso than previous volumes, this one hints at a larger arc too... and some of that doesn't make a lot of sense. Mostly, at this point, it doesn't make a lot of sense because of things we don't know yet. I can't really see how they're going to end up fitting together, but maybe the authors will surprise me, and it'll all drop into place. It's going to take a heck of a weird explanation for why Marco and his band ever thought this was going to work out well for them though.

Slightly annoyed at Naomi getting captured by baddies two books in a row, but it gets a pass because she gets herself out both times.
